Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Eternal Presence, we are dedicated to capturing the unique essence of your loved ones through meticulous artistry and archival materials. Because each commission is a bespoke, custom-crafted work of art, our returns policy reflects the personalized nature of our process.

1. The Printing Milestone

Our production process involves intensive photo analysis, 3D modeling, and high-precision printing.

  • No Returns After Printing: Once the physical printing process for your commission has commenced, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds for any reason other than the item arriving damaged.

  • Why this policy exists: Each piece is custom-made to your specific requirements and cannot be repurposed or resold.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the archival quality of our materials. If your order arrives damaged during transit:

  • Notification: Please inspect your delivery immediately. You must contact us at Info@eternalpresence.co within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: To process a claim for a damaged item, we require clear photographs of both the damaged product and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will prioritize a replacement of your commission at no additional cost to you.

3. Cancellations (Pre-Printing)

If you wish to cancel your commission before the printing phase has begun:

  • Please contact us immediately.

  • Refunds for cancellations made during the "Photo-analysis" or "Digital Design" phase may be subject to a design fee to cover the artistry hours already invested in your project. Once you have approved the final digital proof and the file is sent to print, no further cancellations can be made.

4. Character & Likeness

Our "Legacy Process" involves artistic interpretation based on the photos provided. By approving your digital proof (where applicable), you acknowledge that the final physical bust will be a representation of that approved design. Slight variations in texture or color are inherent to archival materials and the bespoke printing process and are not considered defects.
