How It Works

1. Commission — Place your order and submit your favourite photo
2. Sculpt — Our artists meticulously craft your portrait bust via 3D processing
3. Approve — Review a digital preview before production
4. Deliver — Your finished piece arrives in luxury packaging

Cancellation Policy: Once a digital preview of your custom piece has been provided, you may request a cancellation for a refund of your order, minus a $50 non-refundable digital processing fee. This fee covers the time and creative effort invested in the initial design and digital creation process.
